Refund policy

All sales are final. We don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or items you no longer want. Please check sizes, colours and product details before ordering.

Damaged, defective or wrong items. If your order arrives damaged, doesn't work, or isn't what you ordered, email us at map7059@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, and you won't need to send the item back.

Lost packages. If your tracking shows no movement for several days or your order never arrives, contact us and we'll help.

Refunds. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
